Last updated: July 12, 2026 · Template pending legal review
This is a structured template. It must be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.
1. Scope
These API Terms govern programmatic access to InboxDome (the developer API), and apply in addition to the Terms of Service andAcceptable Use Policy.
2. API keys
API keys identify your account and must be kept secret. You are responsible for all usage under your keys. Keys may be revoked or rotated by you at any time, and by us in case of abuse, non-payment, or security concerns.
3. Permitted use
The API is intended for software testing, QA automation, and development workflows — receiving verification codes, testing signup and password-reset flows, and asserting on email delivery. Using the API to evade bans, create fraudulent accounts at scale, harvest services, or facilitate abuse is prohibited.
4. Rate limits and quotas
Plans include request rate limits and usage quotas. We may throttle or suspend access that exceeds plan limits or that degrades service for others. Published limits may change with reasonable notice.
5. Availability and changes
The API is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees unless a plan states otherwise. We version breaking changes under new paths (e.g. /v1 → /v2) and aim to give 90 days' notice before retiring a version.
6. Data
Messages received through API inboxes are temporary and deleted on expiry, like all InboxDome inboxes. Do not use the API to store or process personal data of third parties beyond what testing requires.
7. Resale and marketplaces
Access purchased through a marketplace (e.g. RapidAPI) is additionally subject to that marketplace's terms. Reselling raw API access without written permission is prohibited.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate API access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the API at any time; unused portions of paid periods are handled per the plan's refund terms.
